These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Artemis Insights software product and myartemisinsights.com (together, the "Service"), provided by Artemis Insights LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company you represent ("you," "your").
Artemis Insights is a business intelligence platform that unifies payroll, shipment, financial, and HR data (and other areas your company chooses to connect) into a single dashboard, with automated and AI-assisted insights, team messaging, a support ticket system, and integrations with third-party business systems.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Your company's admin controls who else on your team has access and what they can see.
Charges are added to your account balance as agreed with us and are payable through the Service's Billing page via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details - Stripe processes all payments directly. You're responsible for keeping your billing contact information current and for any charges incurred on your account.
You (or your company) own the business data you upload to or connect through the Service. We process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the legal right to upload and process any data you bring into the Service, including data about your own employees.
The Service can connect to third-party platforms (including Gusto, QuickBooks, ADP, UPS, FedEx, BambooHR, and Paychex) at your choice and direction. We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Insights, recommendations, assistant responses, and other AI-generated output are provided for informational purposes to help you review your own data - they are not professional financial, legal, tax, or HR advice, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You're responsible for verifying anything before acting on it.

We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding. These Terms don't grant you any ownership in the Service - only the right to use it as intended. You retain all rights to your own business data.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. On termination, you can export your data beforehand using the Service's export tools.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARTEMIS INSIGHTS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD), REGARDLESS OF THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify account admins directly. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
